Equip your hospitality venue, refreshment room, bar, or any other hospitality space immediately and earn more! Leasing of hospitality equipment is a very simple and fast process; you will receive a response for concluding the contract with the lessor on the same day or, at the latest, the next business day.

At AG VEBO, in cooperation with the lessor, we offer you leasing of hospitality equipment – a business lease of equipment (chairs and tables for the hospitality industry, catering equipment for banquets, garden heaters, stylish and rustic furniture for bars, refreshment rooms, hospitality venues, etc.). The leasing of hospitality equipment can be arranged for amounts ranging from €1,000 to €50,000 in purchase value, depending on the lessee's creditworthiness.

Term of Leasing:
From 15 months to 60 months (5 years), depending on the lessee's credit rating.

Leasing Process:

1. First, you will create an offer for chairs and tables for the hospitality industry with AG VEBO, d.o.o., and alongside the offer, you will receive an informational calculation (monthly installments) for the leasing of hospitality equipment.
2. If necessary, send us your company’s financial statements for the agreed periods to our email address.
3. The lessor will then contact you to arrange all the details regarding the leasing of the hospitality equipment. You can conclude the leasing contract without a cash deposit, depending on the creditworthiness of the hospitality equipment lessee!
4. You will start using the hospitality equipment immediately after signing the contract with the lessor.

Your Costs:

1. You pay monthly installments that remain constant throughout! The 22% VAT you pay with each installment is considered input VAT for the lessee and can be deducted when calculating VAT.
2. You are required to insure the leased items against theft and damage. You may pay this insurance fee to the lessor—amounting to 1.5% of the equipment’s value per year—or to any insurance company of your choice.
3. At the end of the business lease period, you have three options regarding the leased item (hospitality equipment):
   a) Option: Purchase the hospitality equipment.
   b) Option: Return the hospitality equipment to the lessor.
   c) Option: Exchange the hospitality equipment for new equipment, and in doing so, conclude a new lease agreement under the same conditions.

Is AG VEBO, d.o.o., the lessor?
No, AG VEBO, d.o.o. is the seller of chairs, tables, and other hospitality equipment and is NOT the lessor.

Who is the Lessee (Customer)?
The lessee (customer) is you—who signs the lease agreement as the lessee and will use the chairs, tables, and other equipment for your hospitality business and operations.

Who Can Conclude Leasing of Hospitality Equipment?
Leasing of hospitality equipment can be arranged by any legal entity or sole proprietor that demonstrates adequate business performance in its annual financial statements. Leasing is exclusively intended for legal entities and self-employed entrepreneurs for the needs of hospitality venues, bars, refreshment rooms, office equipment, hotels, and more.

Important Information Regarding Installment Purchases:

• For installment purchases, the decision is made directly at the point of sale when paying with your card.
• Maximum number of equal monthly installments: 12.

With the new service "Installment Purchases," introduced for payment cards with deferred payment (MasterCard, Visa, and Karanta – not applicable to loan cards), we enable cardholders to pay for their purchases in up to 12 equal installments.

An installment purchase is possible up to the value of your card's available limit, with individual installments due on a monthly basis. When you pay by card, the bank will reduce your available spending limit by the full purchase amount. After each monthly installment payment is made, the bank will restore your available spending limit by the amount of the installment that has been paid.

If you would like to increase your current spending limit on your card, you can apply for a limit increase.
For the purchase, your payment cards (MasterCard, Visa, and/or Karanta) are sufficient, provided that the card issuer is NLB and the limit is available.
