32. THREE-SEATER OIKO
OIKO three-seater, 3 seats, 210 × 90 cm, soft seat, converts into a 200 × 85 cm bed, removable washable covers
Description: The OIKO three-seater is intended for hotel rooms, lobbies and lounge areas. The soft seat converts in a few moves into a 200 × 85 cm bed, which is useful for occasional guests. The backrest is double-sided: one side is softer, the other firmer, so support can be matched to the way you sit.
Materials: The covers are fully removable and machine washable at 30 °C, and are also available separately for later replacement. Eight fabric groups are available (Velare, Astra, Mollia, Alure, Heim, Icon, Hygge and Phoenix) in 53 colours. Handmade in the EU.
Use: The product is intended for indoor, dry and heated spaces; place it on a level surface and at least 1 metre from heat sources. Because the product is handmade, dimensions may vary by up to ±3%.
Certificates: The materials used come from certified sources. The wood-based panels used in the product are tested to CARB ATCM Phase 2 and EPA TSCA Title VI, US regulations that limit formaldehyde emissions from wood-based panels and set maximum permitted indoor air emission levels. The polyurethane foams are certified to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, product class I, the strictest class of the harmful-substance testing system, covering products suitable for babies and toddlers. The cover fabrics are certified to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, product class II, which covers products in direct contact with the skin. Part of the collection is made from recycled polyester obtained from used PET bottles; the fibres are certified to the Global Recycled Standard (GRS 4.0), which verifies the recycled content as well as traceability and the social and environmental requirements across the entire supply chain. The fabrics comply with the European REACH regulation, which governs the registration and control of chemicals on the EU market, with regard to substances of very high concern (SVHC).
